Description

The spindle is lengthened to the center taper shank rear end, which can effectively improve the cutting performance and reduce the vibration.4. The spindle is made of alloy steel, and after heat treatment the hardness of it is HRC 60°±2°, which has high rigidity and high wear resistance.
5. The front end of the spindle is designed with a mechanical seal to prevent the metal cutting powder and cutting fluid from entering the internal of the center.
6 The front end is provided with a precise skeleton seal ring to prevent the cutting fluid and dust from entering the internal of the center, thereby prolonging the service life of the center.
7. With the two needle roller bearings, it can improve the steel performance of products in heavy cutting.
