Sherwin-Williams Finish 1 2.1 VOC Satin Clear Coat – FC750

Description

Formulated specifically for force dry and air dry environments, the Sherwin Williams Finish 1 2.1 VOC Satin Clear Coat is a high-solids urethane automotive satin clear coat paint that meets VOC regulations at 2.1 VOC. This product creates a reduced gloss and even satin appearance, and it may be applied over base coats for a great look and feel across a variety of applications.

To achieve optimal satin uniformity, users should shake this Sherwin-Williams auto clear coat paint for at least five minutes before reducing. It can also be mixed at a 4-to-1 ratio with a hardener, adjusting air pressure to 8 to 10 PSI (high volume, low pressure).

• High solids urethane satin clearcoat
• Designed for air dry and force dry environments
• Meets VOC regulation at 2.1 VOC
• Produces an even satin, reduced gloss appearance
• For satin uniformity, it is important to shake FC750 for 5 minutes before reducing
• Can be applied over basecoats
• Mix 4:1 with hardener
• Adjust air pressure to:
  • HVLP: 8 – 10 psi
  • Compliant: 22-34 inlet psi
• 1 gallon Clearcoat

Use with 2.1 VOC Clear Coat Hardeners, Quart (SOLD SEPARATELY):

• FH741 Fast Hardener (55-75ºF)
• FH742 Medium Hardener (75-90ºF)
• FH743 Slow Hardener (90ºF +)

NOTE:Satin clearcoat should not be final sanded or buffed, as it will damage the satin appearance
